How we can help |
 |
We adopt a risk based and life cycle approach in
order to secure and demonstrate your asset’s
Technical integrity. This approach helps us
provide the required assurance while ensuring
safety and regulatory compliance.
Risk Based Inspection (RBI):
RBI involves the application of risk
analysis principles to:
-
manage plant equipment inspection
-
develop cost effective inspection
and maintenance programs
-
provide assurance of acceptable integrity and
reliability.
As part of our RBI capabilities, in order to help
clients improve process plant reliability and
equipment integrity, we offer a range of
consulting services and Reliability Based
Mechanical Integrity. RBMI is a software tool
developed and maintained by Lloyd’s Register
Capstone that applies to all categories of static
equipment found in process plants. RBMI complies
with RP-580 and API inspection codes.
